Experience Details

Raw-note based Oral Minoxidil experience for hair growth. Oral Minoxidil clearly improved hair growth, but the side effects were strongly dose-dependent. About 2.5 mg daily seemed too much because it brought strong heart side effects, puffy eyelids, wrinkled forearms, and extra fat below the ears, under the arms, and under the chin. Around 1.67 mg daily felt like the best balance because hair growth stayed good and the heart effects were more manageable. Around 1.25 mg reduced some of the wrinkle and fat-related side effects, but hair growth was only a little better than external Minoxidil alone. Raw notes also suggest vegetable smoothies reduced effectiveness, while Vitamin B12 helped lessen side effects and partly replace the need for internal Minoxidil.

Date Taken Recorded update Time: Oral Minoxidil

Around 1.67 mg daily looked like the best balance in the raw notes. Hair growth remained good and the heart side effects were more manageable than at 2.5 mg. It still did not look as clean as lower-dose use, but it was the most practical compromise between effectiveness and side effects.
