Weight Loss

I took two milligrams and I put on a little belly fat. Then I took two milligrams with 0.5 milligrams retatrutide. Things seem pretty balanced. Now this week, October 31st, I took 2.5 milligrams with 0.4 milligrams retatrutide. It seems I'm taking it makes my blood pressure go down compared to taking retatrutide. That was one of the main issues I was trying to solve. Also my head does not feel like it wants to shut down as with retatrutide when I take it my neck seems to get a bit looser for a little while but then goes after a day or two. It seems I could control it by putting some argan oil to plump things up
