Retatrutide

So these are my dosage findings and reactions. 0.5 milligrams is my minimum effective dose. When I take 0.4 milligrams, my feet swell a bit, but at 0.5 milligrams, my feet do not swell. When I take 0.8 milligrams, I still get problems with my head feeling tired and frustrated and a bit like I want to, like my brain wants to shut down. So I need to ensure that I keep at 0.5 milligrams to less than 0.8 milligrams. I am currently trying 0.4 milligrams with 2 milligrams of tirzepatide. The first week I took 2 milligrams of tirzepatide and I had increased belly fat, and my neck started to look bad after one week. It seemed to look bad by the third day, but then got better by the end of the week. Second week, I took 0.4 milligrams of retatrutide plus 2 milligrams of tirzepatide. My neck seemed to got a bit bad again after the first day, but it seems like it may improve. So it looks like tirzepatide can cause the neck to look old, but it can adapt. So increasing the dose very slowly may work. So I am currently trying retatrutide plus tirzepatide combination.
