Rated 5 stars. Seems to speed up metabolism and make body temperature hotter. I lost a lot of belly fat without losing muscle. It seemed to reverse the line under my eye toward my cheek and improve aging hands.

Applied cold ice on the chin for 45 minutes on 18 July 2021. No outcome was recorded in the note.

Breakthrough. Seems to make skin plump and look younger, and improves eyesight. It did not make my teeth seize, did not inactivate minoxidil, vitamin D, or NMN, and did not make the skin under my eyes padded. Probably worked better with an N complex. A cyst in my back started to hurt.

No noticeable effects, either positive or negative.

Used zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B12, and biotin internally with castor oil topically for about 3 weeks. I noticed more hair. It seemed castor oil did not work very well topically unless biotin was added internally.

Blended kale gave me an energy buzz.

First dose. Fluid appeared immediately under the eyes, making the mylar bags look smoother. After 4 days, my face looked and felt younger overall because of fluid just under the skin. Loose elbow skin also looked smoother from fluid under the skin. I would use it again. Reported effectiveness: 4 stars.

Internal minoxidil produced lots of hair growth. 2.5 mg daily: too much; caused heart side effects, wrinkled forearms, extra fat below the ears, under the arms, under the chin, and puffy eyelids. 1.67 mg daily: heart felt okay, but wrinkled forearms and fat effects remained; good hair growth. 1.25 mg daily: wrinkles and fat effects were going away; hair was slightly better than external use only. Vegetable smoothies seemed to block effectiveness. Lots of cheese sandwiches also caused heart problems.
